Customers may access these Terms & Conditions free of charge at any time on angelprof.eu. Customers may save, download or print these Terms & Conditions for their own records.
To use the Store, it is necessary to have a device with Internet access, a web browser, JavaScript enabled, and an active email address.
Customers are obliged to use the Store in accordance with applicable law, good practice, and these Terms & Conditions. Customers may not provide unlawful content, interfere with the technical operation of the Store, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Store, customer accounts, admin areas, servers, or data.
2. ELECTRONIC SERVICES
The Store provides electronic services including access to the website, product browsing, the order form, customer account functionality, contact form, and email communication related to orders and customer service.
The user account service allows Customers to use selected Store functionalities after authentication. The Store may use email-based one-time codes or other secure login methods. Customers are responsible for keeping access to their email account secure.
Complaints concerning electronic services may be submitted by email to infoangelprof@gmail.com. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.
3. ORDERS AND SALES AGREEMENT
Orders may be placed through angelprof.eu 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to technical interruptions, maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
Placing an order means selecting products, adding them to the cart, completing the checkout form, selecting the payment and delivery method, and confirming the order.
Before placing an order, the Customer should review the order summary, including products, quantities, prices, delivery cost and total amount.
A sales agreement is concluded when the Customer submits the order and receives an order confirmation from the Store by email, unless the order cannot be accepted due to product unavailability, payment failure, technical error, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason.
The Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if the order contains incorrect data, payment is not completed, the product is unavailable, or the order appears to be unlawful, fraudulent or abusive.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Product prices shown in the Store are gross prices and include applicable VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Prices may be displayed in EUR, PLN or another currency supported by the Store. The final order price is shown during checkout before the Customer confirms the order.
Product prices do not include delivery costs unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown during checkout before the Customer places the order.
Payment may be made using the payment methods available during checkout, including Revolut or other payment providers that may be enabled in the Store.
The order will be processed after the payment is successfully authorized or received, unless the Store clearly provides another payment method or arrangement.
By placing an order, the Customer agrees that invoices, correction invoices and related accounting documents may be issued and sent electronically to the email address provided by the Customer.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery is subject to a fee unless the Store clearly states that free delivery applies.
Available delivery methods, delivery countries, estimated delivery times and costs are shown during checkout.
Products may be delivered by courier companies, parcel locker operators, fulfilment partners, warehouse partners or other logistics providers available for the Customer’s delivery country.
Delivery may be available in Poland and selected European Union countries, depending on the delivery options shown during checkout.
The usual order processing time is 2 to 7 business days, unless a different period is stated during checkout or in the order confirmation.
After receiving the shipment, the Customer should, where possible, check the condition of the package. If the package is visibly damaged, the Customer should contact us at infoangelprof@gmail.com and, where possible, prepare a damage report with the courier or delivery operator.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A Customer who is a consumer and who has concluded a distance contract through the Store may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, unless an exception provided by applicable law applies.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform us by email at infoangelprof@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires.
In the event of withdrawal, the Customer should return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed us about the withdrawal.
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the Store agrees otherwise.
The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a way that exceeds what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return after opening, if the seal has been removed after delivery. This may apply in particular to cosmetics and personal care products where the product has been opened, used, damaged or is no longer suitable for resale for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer agrees to another method. The Store may withhold the refund until it receives the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned.
7. COMPLAINTS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The Store is obliged to deliver products without defects and in accordance with the sales agreement.
Complaints may be submitted by email to infoangelprof@gmail.com.
A complaint should include the Customer’s contact details, order number, description of the issue, date when the defect was noticed, the Customer’s request, and, where possible, photos or other evidence.
The Store will respond to the complaint within 14 days.
The Store does not provide additional after-sales services unless expressly stated.
8. CONTACT FORM
The contact form available on angelprof.eu allows Customers and website users to send messages to the Store.
When using the contact form, the user provides their name, email address and message. This data is processed for the purpose of reviewing and responding to the message.
